Ever wonder why lower back pain is so prevalent? Despite all the rehab centers, chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, and massage centers this problem just keeps getting worse. No matter what you do it never really goes away or becomes just a minor nuisance.

Yes lower back pain has been around since man started walking on two feet. But it has become much more common and more severe in the past one hundred and fifty years.
