Check Your Shoes

Standing or walking around all day at work is stressful enough by itself. Don't let worn shoes make matters worse.

Not only can worn shoes add more insult to an already painful lower back, they can also actually cause low back pain. Or at the least they can predispose you to injury or joint inflammation.

Do Growing Pains Actually Exist.

Let's be perfectly clear-there is absolutely no such thing as growing pains. If your child is complaining of lower back, hip, knee. or leg pain please have him or her checked-out by a chiropractor that pays close attention to total body structure and alignment.

The pain could be nothing more than the result of flat feet or excessive pronation; or it could be something more serious such as Legg Perthes Disease, a slipped capital femoral epiphysis, or even an infection.

Motion is Life

If you are living a sedentary lifestyle expect joint, muscle, and bone degeneration with eventual arthritis, injury, or compression fractures.

Lift weights, walk daily, avoid sitting, rest when needed for recuperation not because you are bored or unfit.

Get strong and fit-stay strong and fit. Keep moving-Motion Is Life!.
